Home | Nepal Adventures | Nepal Trekking Yoga and Community Project with Lou Nulley

This trip has been exclusively designed to take two of Nepal’s most distinct traditions – Yoga & Trekking. Walk the fabulous Annapurna’s combined with visit to Bandipur and regional Pokhara. Included in the itinerary is the Pokhara Valley with its panoramic view of Machapuchare and the Annapurna massif, picturesque Gurung villages of the hills and the rhododendron forested ridge lines that provide stunning vantage points for views of the highest peaks. We experience these highlights while staying at low altitudes where the temperatures remain moderate. The trek pace is relaxed to ensure that the trek is comfortably achievable by trekkers of average fitness. There are some challenging sections though, so it is advisable to practice hill walks beforehand. There is plenty of time for Yoga, and this will be included in the program by your Australian Yoga instructor and tour escort. You do not need to have done Yoga to be part of the adventure, only be willing to try the experience.

As part of the trip, you will be doing a two/three day community project in a village school with our partner Reach for Nepal Foundation (RFN). More information will be available on the project a month before you travel.
